How can I pay for my order?
When buying online you can pay using VISA, MasterCard or Pay on Account (selected Wholesale customers). Your credit card when you confirm your order. If we can’t complete an order your payment will be refunded.
What areas do we deliver to?
All wholesale orders are dispatched by our team or independent agents. All retail orders are available via pickup only from our North Geelong warehouse. We currently ship orders to Australia only.
How much do we charge for freight?
Our wholesale pricing is inclusive of freight to your retail outlet or depot. All retail orders can be picked up from our North Geelong warehouse.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We expect 95% of orders to be delivered in 2-5 business days. Should your order be delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you using the details you provided when placing your order.
When can I pickup your my retail order?
All retail “Click & Collect” orders can be picked up from our North Geelong Warehouse on Monday to Thursday and 7am – 4pm or Friday 7am – 12noon. Our warehouse is located a 7 Cowie Street, North Geelong, VIC, 3215.
Can I pickup a retail order for more than one customer?
Yes, please ensure that you have a printout of each retail customer order.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
After you have clicked “Process Payment” your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible and does not allow for any changes once the order has been processed.

What happens if there is a problem with my product when it arrives?
Here at Geelong Confectionery, we work very hard to ensure that everything we make is of the highest quality. But sometimes things can go wrong. So should your item arrive damaged or incomplete in any way, please get in touch ASAP by phoning (03) 5221 1533 or emailing info@geelongconfectionery.com.au and we will sort the issue immediately.
