DELIVERY INFORMATION

- Orders are charged at a flat delivery and handling fee of $17.50 up to 5kg and an additional $17.50 for each 5kg thereafter.

- Orders are posted 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Orders are posted Monday - Thursday. We don't post on Friday to ensure your order is kept at optimal conditions over the weekend. 

- Please allow 5-7 business days for postage.

- Please note that during periods of extreme heat we will hold your order and notify you by email when it will be dispatched to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

RETURNS POLICY

Please contact us if you have any issues with the product/s you have purchased and we will help solve the issue promptly. 

You are entitled to a refund or credit if the product/s you have purchased have a manufactures fault or don't match the product/s you have purchased.

However, Please choose carefully, as we do not offer a refund if you simply change your mind.
